🍓✨Strawberry Mochi with cheese cream filling🤤✨
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour: 100g
Cornstarch: 30g
Granulated sugar: 20g
Milk: 170g
Butter: 15g
Instructions:
1、Mix all ingredients except butter.
2、Stir until well combined.
3、Sift the mixture.
4、Cover with plastic wrap and poke holes.
5、Steam on high heat for 25 minutes or microwave on high for 3 minutes.
6、While hot, add butter.
7、Stretch repeatedly until elastic.
Strawberry Cheesecake Filling
Ingredients:
Cream cheese: 120g
Powdered sugar: 15g
Strawberry jam: 110g
Heavy cream: 160g
Instructions:
1、Soften the cream cheese and mix with powdered sugar until well combined.
2、Add heavy cream and strawberry jam.
3、Whip until stiff peaks form.
Assembly
1、Divide the mochi skin into 6 portions, roll into circles, and dust with glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking.
2、Pipe the cheesecake filling onto the center.
3、Wrap tightly and pinch to seal.
4、Trim any excess dough.
5、Dust with glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking.
6、Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
7、Sprinkle with strawberry powder or cookie crumbs on the surface.
