Ingredients:
1 egg
4–5 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of pistachio paste
Vanilla extract
10 strawberries
2 tablespoons of honey
Puff pastry
1 egg yolk for brushing the pastry
i also couldn’t believe that if you press the dough into an empty egg carton then take some yogurt and add an egg, a pinch of vanilla, some fresh honey, and pistachio paste, mix it all thoroughly and you’ll get a pistachio cream that you pour into each slot and then place a strawberry on top now you place the chocolate bar on the other end of the dough, folded it over the first part of the dish, and sealed the edges, then you flipped the whole thing over, brushed it with egg yolk, and put it in the oven.
you were expecting it to turn out like this (insert perfect pastry picture), but in reality, it came out looking like a regular cake.
