INGREDIENTS
1 cup. Frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 c. low fat milk
DIRECTIONS
1. In a blender, puree the strawberries, bananas, yogurt, chia seeds and milk until smooth.
2. and serve in a glass or bowl

This is goood!! I did a strawberry smoothie instead so I didn't put banana and I just put strawberry and banana flavored yogurt & milk and Chia seeds & the cup of frozen strawberries!!
But do u have to use chia seeds
