Just be careful with cross contamination. I noticed you touching the meat and then putting your hands in the salt and around the pepper mill. Thatโs a no no. Just a heads up.

Pork, other than ham and bacon, is a flavorless meat. I definitely wouldn't go to all this trouble for just the taste of spices and fillings, but I do appreciate the effort, Laura

Why do all chefs smash the crap out of their garlic to get the skins off? I just cut the ends off and the paper skins come right off. Be gentle with your garlic. Lol ๐
