Sooji ka halwa
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Semolina 125 gms (roasted)
Ghee 1 cup
cardamom 2-3
water 2 cup
yellow food color ½ tsp
sugar 1 cup

Directions:
In fry pan,add semolina and roast on medium flame for 6-8 mins,set aside
Heat ghee in a wok,add cardamom and roasted semolina,saute little
Carefully add water
Now add yellow food color and mix well
In the end,add sugar and give it a good mix
Cook until sugar dissolve and oil separates
Remove excess oil if required.

Ajza:
Sooji 125 gms (roasted)
Ghee 1cup
Elaichi 2-3
Pani 2cup
Zarde ka rang 1/2tsp
Cheeni 1cup

Directions:
Fry pan mein sooji dal ker halki annch per 6-8 mins kliya bhoon lein aur side per rakha dein
Karhai mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein,ab is mein elaichi aur sooji (roasted) dal ker saute ker lein
Ab is mein pani ehtiyat sa shamil karein
Zarde ka rang dal ker mix ker lein
Akhir mein cheeni shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein
Is ko itna paka lein k cheeni ghul jaye aur tel alag ho jaye
Agar zaroorat ho toh ezafi tel nikal lein.
