    Minced Beef – 2 lbs.

    Roasted Tomatoes – 12 oz.
    Canned Mushrooms – 400g (Pieces and Stems)
    Tomato Paste – 10 oz.
    Ricota Cheese – 16 oz.
    Parmesan Cheese – 1 cup (grated).
    Mozzarella Cheese – 2 cups (grated).
    Mild Cheddar Cheese – 3 cups (grated).
    Eggs – 2 large (beaten).
    Evaporated Milk – 8 fl. Oz.
    Mayonnaise – ½ cup.
    Pasta (no boil) – 2 Packs/boxes
