Super easy and healthy morning breakfast Kiwi Smoothie. #short

Recipe makes 1 serve
• – 1 frozen banana
• – 1 gold kiwi fruit, diced
• – 1 handful spinach
• – 1 heaped tbsp (20g) vanilla soy protein powder
• – 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
• – 1 cup ice cubes
Method 👇🏻
• 1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth (Option to use more ice cubes for a thicker consistency or less ice cubes for a runnier consistency.)
• 2. Pour into a glass or bowl, add your favourite toppings and enjoy! I used shredded coconut and sliced kiwi. I recommended topping this smoothie with healthy fats to keep you full and create balance.
