How to make BBQ Ribs in the Oven
Hey guys today I’m cooking oven baked BBQ ribs. this recipe is so easy yet so delicious. Try not to lick the screen lol that’s how good they are and these spare ribs are can be made in 3 hour before dinner you can also make these ribs on the grill. You can use country style ribs as well for the recipe. These oven baked spare ribs are perfect for a lazy day when you don’t feel like using your grill. They are tender juicy and slide right off the bone and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 rack of ribs
2 Tbsps. mustard
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsps. garlic powder divided
4 Tbsps. onion powder divided
3 Tbsps. slap ya mama seasoning
bake on 300 or 350 for 3 hours

Do you cook covered?
I've been BBQing for 25 years. "Fall off the bone" is like nails down a chalkboard to me. The point of ribs is to be able to take a bite WITHOUT all of the meat coming off the bone. If you want that save the money and cook a shoulder.
Did you wrap the ribs up when you put them in the oven. I didn’t see any foul so I’m just asking for clarity.

Fall off the bone is considered overcooked! You want it to pull off the bone easily but with a bit of chew. I'm a certified master bbq judge, trust me!
Exact same method as when I smoke my ribs. I just smoke them a little lower (325) and I wrap in foil at the end. Good stuff. Same results.
I just put the rib in the oven, I m looking forward to eating it. and see what it tastes like.
SEASONED
These are in my oven rn. Instead of adding any salt I used a half of a packet of Nashville honey hot dry rub that I had leftover from making wings. Going to slather with sweet baby rays & leave it in there until they get nice and sticky. ❤
Do I cover the ribs in the oven or just leave uncovered for 3 hours and do I flip them at any time?

The worst recipe I have ever tried. Over cooked at 350 for 3 hrs. Dry and leather texture. You need to learn how to cook ribs.

I just spend 24 hrs on 2 racks marinating overnight then oven, then 5 hrs in the smoker. Didn't turn out nowhere as good than these look. I'll do this next time for sure.

If you can lift the meat by the bone after its considered "fall off the bone" and it holds together. Means it's not fall off the bone.

When you see bones sticking like that’s, it’s overcooked. Try 300 covered for 3h

Loveee it the slap ya mama seasoning I'm addicted literally. It's great. Marinate the night before in minced garlic and red wine vinegar overnight before u cook it. Plus the seasoning then cook it the next day. I broil the ribs first . Then take it out add butter. Wrap it aluminum foil. Put it back in on your temp 350 for 3hours !. Put bbq sauce in a pot. Warm it up . Then add the sauce to the ribs. 🥰🥰🥰❤️‼️
When cutting your slab of ribs turn the meat side down and the back of the ribs should be facing you, that’s always an easier way to cut ribs!
