Here’s a delicious and a nutritious shake made with kaju(cashew), Badam(almonds),and Pumpkin seeds🌿 Perfect for breakfast, pre-workout, or a quick snack packed with nutrients, vitamins, and natural sweetness.

🎥To make this shake you’ll need:

▪️ Half cup and sweetness cow milk optnl(almond milk)
▪️5 cashews,
▪️1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds,
▪️1 tablespoon almonds,
▪️1 tablespoon honey 🍯 or Gud
▪️1 ripe banana
▪️Ice cubes optional

🔴Instruction:
1️⃣ Soak the cashews and almonds khajoor (dates) in water for at least four hours or over night.
2️⃣ Drain and rinse the Nuts then add them to a blender with the pumpkin seeds, cow milk and 1 ripe banana honey or gud (if using)
3️⃣ Blend the mixture on high-speed until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Add ice cubes if you want a thicker and colder shake.
5️⃣ Blend again until the ice cube is crushed and the shake is the desire consistency.
