Recipe

In a blender

1 Avocado
Baby spinach – 1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Eggs – 2 nos
Grind until smooth
Transfer to a bowl
Sprinkle seeds and nuts of your choice
Microwave for 2 mins
Cut it into halfway through and add your favorite veggies, cheese, sauce, etc.
You can even toast it in a sandwich maker
