50g Rock Sugar
1 Star Anise
4 Bay Leaves
2 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
3 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
3 Cups Water

Couldn't buy enough pork knuckle. Used whatever I could buy plus other types of pork meat. Came out amazing. Thanks a lot

It looks nummy. However, I'd rather it be falling off the bone before serving. It looks too chewy. However.. I'm a fussy old lady. I've saved it … but will probably do a bit of tweaking.
