In this video, I make a delicious strawberry blueberry smoothie. This smoothie can be made with fresh or frozen fruit. You will also need some yogurt and milk.

Full Recipe:

Like most smoothies, this is best made fresh. You can keep it in the fridge for about 24 hours until it will start to go off. I should mention that this recipe will make enough for two so if you only need one serve, then make sure you half the ingredients.

The full list of ingredients that you will need is listed below.

10 strawberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup milk
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla bean
1 Tbsp honey

The honey is optional, and I only recommend that you add it if you like sweet drinks. The smoothie without it will be perfectly fine and tasty. Alternatively, if you don’t like honey, then it can be swapped out for basically any sort of sugar such as white sugar, maple syrup and much more.

As I mentioned above, you can use fresh or frozen fruit. Usually frozen is more readily available and is a bit cheaper. I personally usually end up having to buy frozen because of the crazy high prices of fresh fruit at the market.

If you do end up with leftovers and don’t want to throw it out, then you can try freezing it down. I recommend pouring the mix into an ice cube tray and then blending it whenever you need it.

I hope that you like this delicious strawberry and blueberry smoothie recipe as much as I do.
