  1. ⭐️ Recipe details of Peppy Paneer
    Pasta ⭐️ 👇🏼👇🏼

    Ingredients-
    1. Tomato 4 small (diced)
    2. Onion 2 small (sliced)
    3. Capsicum 1 small (diced)
    4. Garlic 3-4 cloves
    5. Paneer 100 gm
    6. Pasta (any of your choice) 1 and 1/2 cup (boiled)
    7. Salt to taste
    8. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
    9. Oregano/Pizza Pasta Mix 2 tsp
    10. Olive oil 1 tbsp
    11. Butter 1/2 tbsp
    12. Water 1/2 cup

    Method-
    1. In a pan heat a tbsp of olive oil and add the garlic and onions.
    2. Saute for 2-3 mins until the onions are pinkish white.
    3. Then add the chopped tomatoes, red bell pepper, chilli flakes and salt to taste.
    4. Mix well, add 1/2 cup of water and cover and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame until the tomatoes are well cooked and mushy.
    5. Switch off the flame and let the cooked veggies come to room temperature.
    6. Once done transfer the cokked veggies to a blender jar with paneer and blend it to a smooth paste.
    7. Now in the same pan add 1/2 tbsp of butter and pour the prepared sauce with oregano.
    8. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes on low flame and add then add the boiled pasta.
    9. You can use the reserved pasta water here to adjust the consistency of the prepared base if required.
    10. Mix well. Top it with some grated cheese and seasonings and enjoy.

Bcse we hv to read recipe later after video. ,time is wasted . U write recipe in comments,which is very useful,pl continue that also,but do show names side by side. Thanks

  3. Suggest you to use a Good Quality Pasta if possible imported / Italian one like PastaZara or Barilla. The pasta in your video is just too mushy and opening up. I am sure this is some poor quality pasta. Not worth a good sauce that you prepared.
