HI, I LOVE SWEET POTATOES AND THIS PIE, thar i'm unable to make myself, cause pie crusr
t is just too difficult to make, BUT THIS SMOOTHIE IS THTE BEST! I'M NOT A vegan, but havent eaten red meat in over 40 yrs., so today i used yogurt instead of almond milk, added 1/4 t of turmeris, nutmeg, 1T of flax, and i always include the potato skin, as thats my fav part, and its so thick/ yummy, i can barely get it thru my large Ball straw! thx 4 sharing; you're too cute:): kelli
