They are not authentic potato tacos. Cuz the authentic potato tacos, do not have meat. All do is, peel and boil potatoes. After they are tender, power off the water. Add heavy cream, and butter. Add salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well,. Take your corn tortillas, fry them in the shape of a taco. After frying all the tacos up. Place the mashed potato mix inside of the fried taco shell. Top it off with tomatoes and lettuce. You have never tasted anything is delicious is this authentic Mexican potato taco.

Looks absurdly good, especially in those lovely surroundings! As for the lake water, those potatoes were in the fire for an hour, not sure why so many are questioning washing them in it 🤷🏾♂️
