Wonderful. But if you use your same dough only, without the stuff, and without yeast into the dough, you cut the dough into little balls, and boil them in salted water, then you put them into a lunch plate, mixing tomato sauce, with basil, and evo oil, you get italian "gnocchi". Well, good recipe! I am from Veneto Region, Nothern Italy

Tried was OK but cheddar was overwhelming the flavor profile. Went round two with gruyère, perfect. I suppose monkey jack might work also (for peasants, j/k).
