TAKE POTATOES! I don't make bread now i found the recipe easy and delicious! My Grandma's Recipe!
*I made a soft and soft flat bread.* Of course, it is light and delicious to eat with just bread. But add a little sauce to your taste and it will be great.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 large potato (200 grams)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
320 grams of flour (2 cups) – My cup is 250 milliliters
1 tablespoon olive oil
100 grams of hard cheese to your taste
A few sprigs of parsley
Vegetable oil for frying

Wonderful. But if you use your same dough only, without the stuff, and without yeast into the dough, you cut the dough into little balls, and boil them in salted water, then you put them into a lunch plate, mixing tomato sauce, with basil, and evo oil, you get italian "gnocchi". Well, good recipe! I am from Veneto Region, Nothern Italy

Tried was OK but cheddar was overwhelming the flavor profile. Went round two with gruyère, perfect. I suppose monkey jack might work also (for peasants, j/k).
