here's the recipe EL COOKS🔽
1 1/4C dashi stock
1 1/2C ap flour
3 eggs
4oz octopus (cooked, cut into 1/2" pieces)

Cook takoyaki on medium heat, for a total of 6 minutes, flipping then constantly.
