Chicken soup
Ingredients:
Boiled chicken 1 cup
Chicken stock 4 cup
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Chickpea flour 2 tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Lemon juice as needed
Fried noodles 1 cup
Cinnamon 1 piece
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Method:
In heated butter fry the garlic. Once aromatic then add the bay leaves, cinnamon, chickpea flour and cook. Then add the chicken stock. Once it comes to a boil then add black and white pepper, salt, and tomato ketchup. Now ad boiled chicken, fried noodles, and lemon juice, then serve.

Mini bun kabab
Ingredients:
Burger buns 6
Cow mince ½ kg
Egg 1
Crushed onion 2
Coriander ½ bunch
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Onion, tomato, lettuce as needed
Mayonnaise as needed
Oil as needed
Green chutney ½ cup
Method:
In a dish add mince, egg, onion, coriander, salt, black pepper, red chili, garlic and mix together and make the patty and fry. Now in the buns first add the green chutney, then add the mayonnaise, onion, tomato, lettuce, and fried patties. Serve.

Tikka boti shashlik
Ingredients:
Chicken tikka small pieces ½ kg
Oil 1 cup
Lemon juice ½ cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Paprika 1 tsp
Coriander and cumin powder 2 tsp
Coriander ½ cup
Onion 1
Lemon (slice) 1
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 4 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add chicken pieces, ginger garlic, and all spices and marinate. Now add onions, lemon slices, coriander and mix well, add ½ cup of oil and leave it for 2 to 3 hours. Now add onto skewers and fry on coal, keep brushing with oil, or cover with foil and put in the oven at 200C for 30 minutes.
