Kasoori chicken handi

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Fenugreek 1 tbsp
Yogurt 250 grams
Cream ½ cup
Tomato paste ½ cup
Red chili 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Green chili, coriander as needed
Onion powder 1 cup
Lemon juice as needed
Oil ½ cup

Method:
Cut the boneless chicken in cubes and add fenugreek, black pepper, and a little salt. Heat oil and add onion, red chili, salt, turmeric, cumin, ginger garlic paste and cook on high flame. Add yogurt, cream, tomato paste and leave to temper for 5 minutes. Once it dries up then add the green chili, coriander and lemon juice.

Methi ke parathe

Ingredients:
Chickpea flour 1 cup
Fenugreek 250 grams
Flour 1 cup
Green chili 6
Coriander ½ cup
Mint ½ cup
Red chili 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander (whole) 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Salt 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Oil as needed

Method:
Boil 2 cups of water and then add red chili, salt, turmeric, whole coriander, cumin and cook. In a chopper add green chili, coriander, mint, garlic, flour and chop together and gradually add into hot water. Knead a hard dough and shape into small rotis, and fry on an oiled pan.

Potato Cheese Croquettes

Ingredients:
Potato 4
Cheese 200 grams
Crispy fry 1 packet
Carrot ½ cup
Peas ½ cup
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Method:
Fry vegetables in hot oil. Then add boiled potatoes and mash. Add salt, black pepper and then add cheese. Add half packet of crispy fry in water and stir. First coat the croquettes in crispy fry and then fry in oil.
