  1. Just a fun little backyard cook for dinner. These Tasajo steaks were packed with flavor! I used one of my new favorite steak rubs, cooked them over coals with some smoke over my new dope portable grill, then topped it all off with grilled pickled jalapeños and my Habanero Chimichurri. Now tell me that ain’t flavor-packed!

  2. Honestly chimmichurri is the best thing ever, pesto or sauce whatever you want to label it, its so fresh and healthy too. I could eat chimmichurri all day long, ofc there is many versions of it. But it elevates any steak of form 👌🏼.
