Made in the air fryer in under 30 minutes, they’re coated in a sticky, savory-sweet teriyaki glaze that the whole family will love. With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll have the perfect weeknight meal without the fuss.

Ingredients
1kg Chicken legs,skin on – bone in

For the marinade – combine
5 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Ginger paste

Method
Step 1 – Score the chicken legs. Add 3/4 of the marinade on to the chicken, and rub all of the chicken. Marinate for at least an hour.

Step 2 – Set the air fryer to 180c for 25 minutes, spray the air fryer tray with a little oil. Place the chicken pieces on the tray, skin side down. Half way through the cooking time, turn the pieces and brush the remaining marinade on top. Close the drawer.

Step 3 – Once the cooking cycle is complete, check the chicken cooked through with a meat thermometer.
Remove from the chicken from the air fryer and transfer to a plate. Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions greens (optional) and serve with your favourite sides. Enjoy!
