I do 200 air fry 20 mins, then 8 minutes max crisp then boom, but my chicken is just with salt and oil marinated in a bowl then done. Simple mix but crispy, wanna add some jazz in the pan add butter saute garlic add a table spoon of honey a dash of soya sauce mix it with your fried chicken and welcome to Korea honey butter fried chicken. I cook mine from frozen and they are crispy tender and juicy. 400 degrees 10 minutes. Flip and cook 12 more minutes.
