Hey guys! You’ve got to try this easy and delicious Tex Mex Ground Beef Skillet:

This Tex Mex Ground Beef Skillet is a super easy dinner recipe that can be made in under 30 minutes! I used regular ground beef, homemade taco seasoning, frozen corn, black beans, brown rice, a can of Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, green onions, and cheddar cheese. This Tex Mex Ground Beef Skillet is a perfect hearty and flavorful weeknight dinner the whole family will love.

0:10 – Add ground beef to a pan.
0:18 – Brown the meat.
0:22 – Drain the fat.
0:25 – Season the meat.
0:35 – Add corn.
0:42 – Add a can of Ro-Tel.
0:50 – Stir until well combined.
0:56 – Add chopped green onion.
1:01 – Add a can of drained and rinsed beans.
1:08 – Mix well.
1:15 – Add cooked rice.
1:23 – Fold the ingredients together.
1:35 – Cook until heated through.
1:50 – Add more green onions on top.
1:56 – Top with shredded cheese.
