In todays episode, we head out to Sweetwater Bar and Grill in Royse City TX for Episode 1 of the Texas BBQ Battle. We have 11 very skilled contestants going to battle on kettle style grills. The objective is to create the best BBQ Platter out of chicken, steak, shrimp tacos, dessert, and a side. All made on the kettle. We have 4 very knowledgeable foodies as our judges to pick the top 3 contestants of Episode 1 Texas BBQ Battle.
