  1. Hi everyone. Keef, that looks amazing. The steak is cooked to perfection 👌I have a question for you and your viewers. My neighbour has an allotment and grows his own Garlic. He gives me some when it's ready to harvest, but I always find that it is soft with an "almost" damp texture to it. My Question is this. How can I dry it out? Do I put it in a dark place and leave it for a while, or do I use it as it is? I have tried using it in its present state, but it tastes bitter. Thank you for any advice in advance, and " keef up the good work" (See what I did there) 😉
