  1. Now THAT was a great segment. I wish EVERY episode could have Elle co-hosting. She and Dan are so good together. And so glad ATK is evolving and taking risks. Can you imagine Chris Kimball doing this? Yeah, no. Keep this going! Love it! Kudos, Dan & co!

  2. This mashup is amazing. My favorite (and extremely talented) comedian combined with my fav Editor and Chef, Dan – Elle is amazing as the food stylist – I can only imagine the conversations off camera! More of this please…

  3. So glad to learn that I’m not the only person who doesn’t like linguine because it feels like an identity crisis in my mouth: it’s not wide and flat like fettuccine or tagliatelle, and it’s not round like spaghetti or bucatini. My Nonna would always moan and sigh when she’d offer me linguine and I’d remind her that “non mi piace”, even if that meant I had to go down to the basement to fetch a different shape.

  4. Absolutely spectacular. I want to see Dan and Matteo cook a pasta dish. I want to watch Elle maker her pancakes with Matteo. I had pre-ordered a signed copy of Matteo’s book, “Your Pasta Sucks,” and it arrived. Not only is it a superb cookbook, but it’s also a terrific book about food and family. I could watch this trio all day, every day. All three were fabulous.

  5. Matteo, I have over 50 first cousins (excluding their children) and a few years ago I came up with a numbering system because I couldn't keep up with the names either. I feel you so deeply on this. Great collaboration and meeting of my two worlds…love love love this!!
