Fun and entertaining fellas 😂
Maybe try to get Guy Fieri to do something with you guys. His old restaurant “tex wasabis” had a-lot of bbq sushi type rolls etc introduced years and years ago👍🏼🤘🏼-Ryan G. Westminster Ca.
Chuck, on your wasabe comments. Think Horseradish. Its been used on beef for how long?? That was an excellent roll
I have been watching you guys for years at least 6. Great to still see you both together and making different types of videos ❤️
Super 👌
Am I actually watching a Master Sushi Chef filet a spare rib?
Yes. Yes I am!
🤔😁
There's got to be a place in Nashville for Master Hiroyuki.
This looks so amazing! And now l want to try making sushi rice with BBQ vinegar sauce and then making this roll.
That is as american as it gets.
This made my mouth watering
Of course! I'm here every week and hiro comes on one of my off days…
Love it. Great episode
I live in Birmingham Alabama. And I have been to Martin's BBQ in Vestavia Hills. It is BY FAR MY FAVORITE BBQ EVER. Rodney Scott's tries… Jim n Nicks has all but gone corporate. Dreamland used to be good until Mr. Dreamland passed away. Bob Sykes is good food, But Martin's is where it's at. Man if yall could only smell the smell that these guys are being treated to in this video. To be within half a mile of that pit room is AGONIZING if you are hungry. It smells SOOOOO good.
I should not watch this channel while hungry
Every road leads to flavortown
That place is amazing! The owner is so blessed.
Any flair fans here confused for a second?
The best and easiest way to tell if someone enjoys your food? They chew for a second or two, and then they smile for the next 10.
As an amateur cook, that’s the best compliment I could ever receive.
There is definitely a BEST BBQ, come to KC.
Holy shit that meat is crazy how come it can be cooked like that?
Btw, what's the point of gold flakes? Does it have any taste?
I love y'all. I would kill to eat some of your food 🙂
I could smell that smoky flavor… that roll looked phenomenal. Great job chef Hiro.
AWESOME
Good ingredients 🙂 this cannot be bad tasting
I’m gonna be honest when I saw him out they broccoli in there I was turned off
Wasabi goes great with beef
Should of added pickles
My favorite will it sushi episode yet
I love how the guy didn’t have to say a word.. he just gave hiro one look and he knew instantly and thanked him for the “compliment” 😂
Yooooo Hiro with the skin on top of the roll!! Super-pro move!!! A+ Hiro!! Hell yea!!
I really enjoyed this. Cool collab!
Now I want some!
I'm here in TN. Yes, Martin's is good. Peg Leg porker is also good. Owner is always there, which is easy to find because he has one leg and a peg leg. Hence the name.
That gtr
This was great! I am so bummed. I just spent weekend in Nashville but just watched video. I want to go there. Great job.
Sick GT-R, Hiroyuki. Man that thing is clean.
Omg when was this!? I’m from Nashville and would’ve loved to meet him. I’m such a dork 😂
I’ve eaten at all 6 Nashville locations, and when in Anniston, Alabama last year, drove to Birmingham just to get my hands on some Martens BBQ. This looks great, what an infusion of east meets west flavors!!! I’m starving now, and no Martens in sight!!!
"20 years ago, you usually wouldn't have found brisket anywhere east of the Mississippi"
Dude might make some good BBQ, but he's lost the plot with that, or just making it up to sound cool. Plenty of joints in the east had brisket in the 90s.
That brisket looks so good that I actually zoned out, my phone hit my face, and I only noticed about 5 minutes later.
Amazing
