Hilarious. If you're not smoking ribs outside you're not making BBQ. There are different variations of fall off the bone. The meat should pull of the bone cleanly. They can still have good bite through.

Wait, I don’t get it, do you use the rub you made as the coffee seasoning or do we buy a coffee seasoning?
Why would I want my rib bone to slide out? I want to be able to peel it off the rack but use the bone to eat the meat off. Shouldn't fall off or slide out.

I dont do the first step…but after making the bbq marinade…i marinate the ribs in the sauce inside the foil over night then into oven…works good
