why would u put rice. the burrito shell is the carbs. just get some good pico and salsa roja with cilantro from the mexican grocery store (not american). i do like the beans idea for health reasons. white beans are also super healthy.
That looks delicious but I think it would be better to coat it with a thick layer of butter before cooking that way it will have a crispier texture
