TODAY’S RECIPE IS The best bread pudding recipe I’ve ever made! Simple and quick to make!
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 2 tbsp
Water 1 tsp
Caramelised the sugar
6 inch pan
Black raisin
Let it cool completely
3 pieces bread
Cut the edges
Cut into small pieces
2 eggs
Sugar 3 tbsp
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Milk 1 & 1/2 cup
Mix well
Bread pieces
Black raisin 2 tbsp
Golden raisin 2 tbsp
Mix well
Steam it for 20 mins on medium flame
Let it cool down completely before mould out
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
