Well I just made these cookies. Every time I make one of Joshuaโs recipes, I take a bite and yell โgot dammit he did it againโ, theyโre amazing.
If youโre a nerd in the kitchen like me, you use a scale for everything. I found that a 65g cookie baked on 350ยฐ for 14-15 minutes is the perfect ratio for a cookie with a soft center and crispy edges๐ช
Why not scoop then refrigerate? I bake cookies often and itโs saved me a lot of time
