Looks good but I personally don't get the love for Mortadella, fancy bologna to me, but to each his own.
It was when Josh said “sourdough” that I determined that this was not, in fact, an easy sandwich

Honestly I don’t like browning my Italian mortadella like that, I put it in the sandwich with the cheese and then I toast the bread and make the cheese melt. To me frying the mortadella gives it a weird taste..
That's a regular mortadela sandwich, in Brasil we fancier and better shit than that (also using mortadela).
