Yes our home also it is cooked in the same manner but we put more of green chilli…and we don't add oil…we add onion directly with meat and onion cooks with the meat fat…

Problem with belly pork is that after about 20 minutes of cooking the fatty part is cooked, but the meaty part becomes very hard and chewy. Is there a solution for that?
