  1. First off, I can count on one hand how many times I’ve commented on videos, but GIRL! This is DELICIOUS! I stumbled upon this video and could not get past all the positive comments, so I had to try it. My family inhaled it! The best part is that my brother who is autistic helped me. When we finished, he was excited to try the “fruit of his labor” and with a big smile, he declared it a banger. To see how proud he was made this much more than a delicious recipe for me, and I thank you for that!

  2. I approve this recipe. (Like anyone cares). You pretty much nailed this. I'd probably only use 1/2 the cream and use pasta water to thicken up the sauce. Probably no salt as I'd add way more cajon seasoning. But otherwise, spot on! You go girl. If I have spinach that needs to be used, I'd add it. Honestly, I froze some spinach, but have a bunch of asparagus that is about to go bad, so I'll just add this. Was planning on this for tomorrow anyway.

  3. I decided to try this recipe because all the other ones I saw were saying to put a whole stick of butter in the sauce. My arteries immediately said NO! This was very good. The taste was on point! The white wine really set it off. Thank you for sharing!

  4. I made this! It is the bomb! Oh my gracious… Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! The cooking wine took the flavor to another level. Thank you so much for another great recipe. I love your videos. Please keep cooking, recording and sharing!
