🍋 Welcome to Episode 1 of my Lemon Series! 🍋

Starting off strong with these classic Lemon Bars—buttery shortbread crust + silky, tangy lemon filling = pure sunshine in every bite! ✨ These are easy to make and SO refreshing! Here’s how to whip up a batch:

👉 Recipe:

For the crust:
🧈 ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
🍚 ¼ cup powdered sugar
🌾 1 cup all-purpose flour
🧂 Pinch salt

For the filling:
🥚 3 large eggs
🍋 1 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar
🍋 ½ cup fresh lemon juice
🍋 1 tbsp lemon zest
🌾 ¼ cup all-purpose flour, sifted
✨ Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8” pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cream butter & powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in flour & salt. Press into pan & bake 13-14 min (until edges are golden).
3️⃣ While crust bakes, whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, zest & flour until smooth. Pour over warm crust.
4️⃣ Bake another 20-22 min until set. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar. Slice & enjoy!
