Not a good idea for any metal in a microwave.
Put two grapes in, if you place them far enough apart to fit a grape between them, & turn it on it will create plasma between the two grapes.
It wouldn't be electricity arcing, it would be Plasma.
Yeppers most people don't know that metal works ok in the microwave. Been putting metal bowls and dog dishes in the microwave for decades. Just don't put aluminum foil or silverware, but almost anything else is fine.
Wish she wouldve put it in the microwave to demonstrate no sparks
Interesting info about metal in the microwave
I do not agree.
Tight sealed is bad.
Depending on what you heat up and for how long, it will eventually accumulate pressure and will explode in the microwave.
There is a reason why the plastic covers that come with the microwaves have a few holes in them.
Yet here you are, being paid to advertise stuff, spewing lies like "tight seal" is really important, ignoring the safety of the people for a few extra $$$.
This was too short to be useful
Bread ties are fun in the microwave 🤣🙄🤷♂️ early 80s and mom was freezing bread when ot was on sale to save money. Thawed in the microwave it wasn't so bad.
What happens when the metal gets chipped, dented, or scratched?
Yeah….and this stuff is ridiculously expensive.
