Recipe
My mother cooked similar 60+ years ago and she never knew any Korean or used recipes as all her cooking was committed to memory. She is from Central Europe and until WW2 began had never left her village where she learnt cooking from her mother/grandmother. Of course she did not use soy or gochujang but other spices Europeans use when braising chicken.
Where to find the recipe Marion don’t leave us hanging! 😋😋😋😋😋 can’t wait to try this!
닭볶음탕이네
Looks like korean braised chicken
This looks amazing. Can you Slow Cooker this one?
Your videos shaped my cooking style so much, I went back to live with family and my dad keep telling me kindly he doesn't like starnise, ginger and some exotic spices. I literally invented a recipe chilli red beans, Wich includes starnise/cardamom wich taste so good, but many people won't understand the flavor, so frustrating some people around you are just hicks, no offense. I liked this recipe. 💯
I live in Central America, kind of makes sense.
Recipe coming soon?
