Instructions: 1. Individually cut ribs 2. Add to a bowl w/ marinade then into the the fridge for 1hr 3. Pat dry and season 4. Smoke at 250F for about 1 1/2 hrs or until an internal temp of 200F 5. Baste them with BBQ sauce for the last 5 min

Your new rub SMACKS!! Ordered it the day it dropped and it was at my house the next day. Tried it on pork and shrimp so far and both were MONEY!! Great combination/ratio of flavors. The sugar content was great too because sometimes after caramelization on the grill the food still tastes super sweet. Took a lesson from you and got some Melinda's.
