  2. I don’t think people realize how important it is to use Swiss cheese instead of Provolone . Swiss cheese on its own might not be the favorite of many but when on a cheese steak sandwich it’s next level.

  3. The slicing of the ribeye is key. However. It’s all about the cheese sauce. Sliced cheese doesn’t do it. But if you wanna go toe to toe. I’m down for a culinary challenge of cheesesteaks. So I’m issuing the challenge. Let’s throw down!

  4. Hey Joshua love your videos, having family roots in Philly West Philly to be exact that is NOT a cheesesteak like-not at all. That might be some tourist version but the ain't it. Your bread is not right the toppings are not right it's a miss. I suggest going to philly and not to Patz as that's not a steak neither. Go to Jims in west philly or Dalessandros. They will put you on game on how to make a steak.
