Spanish paella Recipe
Ingredients:-
Oil 1-2 tbs
Onion 1/2
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Spring onion 1-2
Peppers Red;green ,yellow
Paprika 1 tsp
Crushed chillies 1/2 tsp
Paella Rice 1 cup
Fish Broth 2 cups
PARSLEY
Thyme
Tomato purée
Mixed herbs
Saffron Pinch
Shrimps 200 GMS
Carrots 1 small
Peas 1/2 cup
Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Heavy cream (Optional )
Method:-
Fry the onion for 1 minute , once onions are fried add garlic ,spring onion , peppers ,paprika,crushed chillies,fry them for 1-2 minute add paella rice ,add fish broth cook it for 5-6 minutes , then add shrimps in it ;cover and cook for 1-2 minutes and then add carrots ,peas ,sweet corn parsley and mix them let it simmer for 1-2 minutes and then add some dollop of cream if you like ,our yummy prawn with vegetables is ready to eat .
