Meat needs to marinate for a couple of hours before cooking. Not only does it add depth to the flavor, but it also tenderizes the meat.
Tony Chachere's is great for seasoning fajita meat. I know, it's Creole seasoning but trust me. It works. Everyone likes it because it's not too spicy. You can put hot sauce or salsa on the table for anyone looking for a little heat.
