  1. I cooked this meal last night, but i cooked the ribs in a pressure cooker first with a chicken stock. Then cooled the ribs, added ingredients dor the sauce into the wok and tossed the ribs..added rice noodles with stir fried veges and ginger..was beautiful. Loved the sauce recipe as it was not too overwhelming

  2. I tried the recipe for a gathering, but since I couldn’t get my hand on the A1 sauce, substitude it with Worcestershire sauce and tasted amazing.. everyone was complimenting the dish..thanks for the recipe

  3. I did it!!!!!!!! Was missing home so much, decided to make it. My family love it. As I don't hv Asian shop near me so couldn't get hold of HP sauce and A1 neither black vinegar, so I used balsamic vinegar, turns out great!!!! Thank you spice N pans!!!!

  4. Is this corn flour or corn starch?
Edit: Ah! I see in your ingredients from your description section that it is corn starch. And it looks like it too 😉 Ah! Rolland…
Yes, I can always relate to delish 😀 I'm happy you now, most of the time put the detailed ingredients in the description. But a word with the editor: I like your interactions 😀 they are fun and all still, for the non chinese people (if it's even chinese :S ) sometimes Rolland says things I can't understand like his references to two pork dishes at 3:21 and 3:31

  5. Sorry but your words here are just too difficult to understand. The repetitive and intrusive music overrides your speech and as your face is not visible while you are telling how to mix the marinade and prep the meat it is even more difficult.
I love your channel and subscribe so please understand this comment as constructive criticism

  6. Hi. I've been considering buying a cast iron wok (in addition to my standard Tefal wok), but have been wondering whether I'd get enough use out of it. I see you used one to deep fry the pork – do you get much use out of the cast iron one?

  7. Coke fiend! I see your pinky nail, cuzz. : 0 JK How different or similar is this recipe to Peking pork chops that I see at Chinese restaurants? They're really sweet but not like sweet&sour sauce…
