Oh I loved the brown butter nutty flavor in eggs. the main reason why I never salt my eggs until they are finished cooking and on the plate is that when you salt them before cooking, they draw out so much water that is in the egg, and they basically boil in the moisture and turn out mushy.
People like eggs done to different levels and with different additions. This shows a good way to accomplish 2 different styles of preference. Your explanation of what makes the difference is helpful for teaching about the subtle ways of changing food. Thank you.
I surprised that she cooked the scrambled eggs just the way I made them; with the help of the Nintendo DS game, of course.
Two things I do:
1) I salt the eggs 15-20 minutes before cooking.
2) Instead of adding water I add Avocado Oil.
Try adding 2 Tablespoons of cubes butter when you put the lid on then 1 last stir before serving.
My dad used to add milk to scrambled eggs. I never liked the taste.
