She's red as that meat
I use to take ATK seriously. You make it hard
Wax paper is much cheaper
Why does she seem so nervous?
Can you guys do a video, long form or short form, explaining the differences between parchment paper, wax paper, and grease proof paper and how/when they are best used?
She's getting a little long in the tooth to continue her cutie shtick. Glad she's toning it down.
That’s how I’m going to start freezing them again… thanks for the friendly reminder of a simple/genius idea 😅
Rather than putting them in a stack, I recommend laying them flat (like hamburger buns are placed in at the bag). They thaw faster.
Thank you, Sam!
YAAAASSSS!!
Or just freeze them and take them out and vacuum seal them after they're frozen
Why would you make the burgers and then freeze them ?????
Freeze the meat in one big lump until you’re ready to make burgers, defrost and make burgers, so much easier
A vaccum sealer works well for me.
Can’t call it the “best” if it is not vacuum sealed. Lan would know this.
I used to freeze my home made hamburger all the time. I used wax paper. One sheet on the bottom, but always a double layer between burgers.
I've done this and they stick together to where it's just about impossible to get them apart.
Nice tip. Keep ‘em coming!
😍
Isn’t freezing raw ground/minced meat a big no no because it ruins the texture?
You could just use them in a timely manner, say within a month or two.
Cilf
That’s how I do mine except I take it a step further. I vacuum pack them! It’s better to flash freeze them a bit then vac pack but I have done them without it. Just did 12 pounds of burger yesterday! So easy to throw on the grill from frozen!
