You did great job by removing the "stomach line" or whatever it was. I saw a video where it is explained that the shrimps have huge amount of harmful trash in there.
But anyways there are some schools of thought who doesn't consider shrimp Halal. Just you take it in mind while planning targeting your content 😊❤.

If you put the Sazón for the color, better go with Annatto oil. I find that the commercial Sazón tends to opaque the natural flavors and I can taste it's distinct flavor, which always tastes "chemical" to me. But what do I know?
