  1. I haven't cooked pasta in months lol(just like the bane of cooking burgers for me was undercooking the meat(felt like I was eating raw meat like the Native Inuit/Eskimos+; the trick was medium heat and canola oil; low heat tended to work out well, but mastering the "art of fire" helped lol), not adding enough water used to cause the pasta(including "the rigatoni") to become too "starchy/sticky/gummy"(which caused problems in the restroom"); I finally solved the problem with enough water("the art of water"), but sometimes would revert back to it when I would microwave it, even with a "splash of water"; I'll try the olive oil method on low heat with a pan to see if it does the trick 🕯🔥🌧🌈

  2. where did they find this guy his advise is trash and ive seen a few of his videos, the trick to reheating is to use water and cover up this will loosen the sauce. using olive oil is cooking the pasta a second time and making it even more oily.

  3. Quick microwave tip: put a small, half empty glass of water in the back corner of your microwave before using it. It keeps the humidity up while heating and the food doesn't taste as terrible when you are done.

  4. Reminds me so much of my aunt. She always fried leftover spaghetti the next day for lunch. It really creates a whole new flavor profile (IMHO) and it's delicious. Rest in peace, Auntie. ❤

Thank you for the trip down memory lane, Vincenzo. Love your videos.
