Looks delicious but I have so many questions. I absolutely do not see the point in the milk. First the toothpicks did absolutely nothing, 30 minutes in milk im confused. Why wouldnt you make the basting sauce and soak the chicken over night in it? Just some steps missed and a few too extra I think.
