Matter of personal preference – bit too much oil and garlic, but particularly the former. Butter would've been more to my taste – agree with the ham comment though – salty jamon that would work.

I doubt you check comments, but I believe the Portuguese "rr" is pronounced as an h sound. So Churrasqueira Bairrada would be something like "shoo-hahs-key-irah bye-harada"…. Or something. I'm not trying to be rude, and I don't speak Portuguese, I'm just trying to inform.
