Bake at 380 degrees (F) For 15 to 20 minutes
Ingredients
Corn tortillas
2 shredded chicken breast
2 1/2 cups of mexican cheese blend
6 Guajillo chiles
2 Ancho chiles or dried pasilla
1 onion (1/2 for the sauce and 1/2 to mix with the chicken)
4 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp all spice
1 tsp Mexican oregano
2 tbsp of oil
Serve with:
Rice and salad
or Refried beans recipe-

I have a freezer full of halibut from a fishing trip to Alaska last summer. Have you ever done halibut enchiladas? I’d love some tips if you have! My hubby also loves enchiladas weekly so I rotate between chicken and beef but I would love to include the halibut too! Maybe with a suisas sauce? What do you think?

Those enchiladas are bomb 💣 The Guerrero corn tortillas fall apart now. At first I thought it was a bad batch but not after a couple more times of buying them. I don’t buy them anymore and neither does my mom, friends etc I think they must’ve changed they’re ingredients 🤷🏻♀️they’re just not the sane and have no flavor anymore.

My family has stopped using Guerrero tortillas for flautas and enchiladas because they fall apart. We found great tortillas at our local Michoacana. Can’t wait to try this recipe, thank you ladies! 😊
